Shapeshifter Settings Click on Shapeshifter or ShapeShifter Prefs to see... From Here You can access the Following Options......

External Driver External Driver, choose the appropiate shapeshifter video gfx driver for your system. Refresh Rate This is set at 10, if you have a gfx card set it to: 50-60. Volumes/Disks FileDisk 1 & 2 Use this option if you want to create or use an existing Hardfile.- To Create a hard file, click on "create", enter size of hard drive required in KB`s then select "Choose File" a file requester will appear enter a filename in the box, or choose an existing one (will overwrite) then click ok DeviceDisk 1 & 2 Select this if you want to use a physical Hard drive partition, ensure you tell ShapeShifter the harddrive ID. (You don`t need to worry about the other settings) In this case, The boot partition is a Hardfile, (smallest) whilst the Apps and Games Partiotion (largest) are physical hard drive partitions.

Floppys Floppy 1&2 Select your Floppy disk devices here. Inhibit makes the floppy disk drive exclusive to mac emulation whilst running.

SCSI SCSI Driver Choose the Devices and Driver required for emulation. Note that if you are running a CD Rom under IDEFIX you will need to specify atapi.device or such other device as per requirement Leave other options as shown, unless problems are encountered.

Memory Mac Memory Enter here (in KB) the amount of Ram you wish to allocate for your Mac, Consider 12mb the absolute minumum. More is More! Other Settings Match as Shown, Unless you need to modify later

Serial Modem Port Select the Device Driver Required to connect to your Modem Printer Port Select the Device Driver Required to connect to your Printer Port

Network Device Network Device Got an Ethernet card? If so enter the Device Driver to the card here

MIscellaneous Settings Leave as shown unless you are running MacOS8, etc, Use of AHI will slow down your computer unless you have a faster processor
